Transparency

We clearly explain what data we collect and why. No hidden trackers or obscure legal language.

Security

Encrypted transport, access controls, and ongoing security reviews help protect your data.

Control

Use available account controls or contact support to access, correct, or request deletion of your information.

01

Introduction

AlgoVistra (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our personalized AI trading workspace, including market analysis, trader profiles, trading journals, and visual trade review.

02

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, trader profile, chat messages, journal content, saved trades, feedback, and subscription or billing records. Paddle collects and processes card details directly; AlgoVistra does not store full payment-card numbers. We also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, understand which product flows are useful or failing, process transactions, communicate with you about your account, and ensure the security of our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

04

Service Providers and AI Processing

We use service providers to operate the platform. Paddle processes card payments, Google Analytics processes limited usage events, and AI infrastructure providers process the prompts and relevant workspace context needed to generate requested responses. We share only the information reasonably required for those services and do not sell personal data.

05

Cookies and Analytics

AlgoVistra uses essential cookies or similar storage for authentication, security, session continuity, and user preferences. When Google Analytics is configured, it collects limited events such as page views, account-funnel steps, feature completion, journal actions, feedback, errors, and checkout starts. We do not intentionally send passwords, reset tokens, email addresses, chat messages, trade contents, or other free-form user content to Google Analytics, and analytics is disabled on authentication callback and password-reset pages.

06

Retention and Deletion

We retain account and workspace information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Available controls let you delete individual records such as trades and conversations. For a broader access, correction, or deletion request, contact [email protected]. Some billing, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary.

07

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. Access to production systems is strictly controlled and monitored. We regularly review and update our security practices.

08

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings. We will honor all valid requests within 30 days.

09
